1. Processing Time
- Each canvas is made-to-order, and our processing time typically takes between 3-5 business days. This allows us to ensure the highest quality before your artwork is shipped.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Domestic in the UK/USA):
- Cost: Depends on location and is calculated on checkout.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 3-5 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Available for select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with delivery times ranging from 10-21 business days based on the destination.
Please note: International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes based on your country’s regulations, which are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Packaging
- Each canvas print is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We use sturdy, eco-friendly materials wherever possible to keep your artwork safe and sustainable.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check your shipment’s status and estimated delivery time.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing for international orders or unexpected carrier delays.

6. Damages and Replacements
- We take great care in packaging your canvas to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at Information@store.ttsgl.co.uk with photos of the damage, including the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
- If your canvas is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your order or send a replacement.
